Isaac Moore

We saw this young man on the Ronnie Reno Show.  He's 9 years old, and a veteran performer.   He started singing when he was 2 at churches and at benefits.  When he was 5, he went as a visitor to a Bluegrass Festival and someone who had previously seen him perform at a benefit got him up on stage for the first time.  At the age of 6 he was introduced to Dr. Ralph Stanley and they performed together.  He taught himself to play the guitar at 7 and then started learning the banjo.  His dad finally got him a teacher and now, at the age of 9 years old he plays the guitar, the banjo, the mandolin, the bass, and a little dobro.  And he sings!  This young man is fantastic and we'd love for you to check him out!  Here's his Facebook profile:

And you know what the best thing about this kid is?  He gives God the glory for his talent.  He considers it a gift.  How great is that?

Personalized Music

Check out Pandora.com for free personalized radio.  Create an account, pick your music style, cd title, song title or artist, and Pandora will create a station personalized for you music choice.  You can give a thumbs down to a song if you don't like it and Pandora will not repeat that song in you music profile. You can also give a thumbs up if you really like a specific song and it, and songs like it will be added to your personalized station.  I love Delia Low and have personalize a station by starting with their name.  Great fun and awesome music.

Bluegrass, Country, Folk, and Blues Music

Hey folks.  We love the sound of natural acoustic music.  Folk music, Bluegrass, Blues and Country music sounds great when the instruments are played and allowed to resonate.  There's nothing like the resonation of a nice acoustic guitar, mandolin, banjo, fiddle, or bass.  We've been working with the sound of acoustic percussion that we can play in our band while playing any string instrument.  Check out our Acoustic Stomp Box at AllNaturalAccoustics.etsy.com and give me some feedback.  We've had some really good feedback from many of our clients regarding our Acoustic Stomp Boxes, and many other items we make.

We do mic up in large settings.  But we use instrument mics affixed to the mic stands and allow the mic to pick up the acoustics resonating from the instrument.   We have a Country/Bluegrass style, with a twist of Blues to several tunes we do.  The acoustic sound works for us.     Tell us about your music style, and how you feel about all acoustic music.

Check out The Wilson Family on Facebook.  Awesome Band!  Listen to "The Third Day On" in the music list.  Great song!
