Hey folks. We love the sound of natural acoustic music. Folk music, Bluegrass, Blues and Country music sounds great when the instruments are played and allowed to resonate. There's nothing like the resonation of a nice acoustic guitar, mandolin, banjo, fiddle, or bass. We've been working with the sound of acoustic percussion that we can play in our band while playing any string instrument. We do mic up in large settings. But we use instrument mics affixed to the mic stands and allow the mic to pick up the acoustics resonating from the instrument. We have a Country/Bluegrass style, with a twist of Blues to several tunes we do. The acoustic sound works for us. Tell us about your music style, and how you feel about all acoustic music.
